Kent Kreeger

Kent is the founder of On-Site Technical Services Incorporated; he has managed and directed Quality Assurance operations for over 20 years. Prior to founding On-Site Technical Services, he served as the Western Regional Manager for Robert W. Hunt Company for 12 years. After Hunt was acquired by Bureau Veritas he continued on as the Western Region Business Unit Manager for B.V.

After completing his BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Kreeger worked for ARCO Petroleum Products supporting various assignment s including Project management and Reliability engineer for the Rotating Equipment group. In this role his responsibilities included Quality Assurance for new and repaired equipment, Vibration Analysis and Failure Analysis.

As the Western Regional Manager for Robert W. Hunt Company, Mr. Kreeger was responsible for managing the daily operations including customer service, profit and loss and the project management team. He developed extensive hands-on experience managing overseas assignments for domestic clients.

As President of On-Site Technical Services he has provided the leadership and direction to meet our clients' needs and expectations. Today, On-Site Technical Services provides fabrication Quality Assurance services for our clients in 15 different countries and our Construction Quality Assurance inspection team supports numerous high profile Public works projects.

Ron Coleman

Ron has over 20 years of direct experience in steel pipe fabrication and inspection that enables his ability to solve difficult fabrication and field situations as well as staying on budget. His project experience includes the inspection of small diameter electric resistance welded API pipe to large diameter coated/lined spiral welded and heavy wall can pipe with sizes ranging up to 196" diameter steel pipe. Mr. Coleman is an AWS certified Welding Inspector and NACE Certified Coating inspector, and holds certifications in accordance with ASNT SNTC-TC1A (Level II) in Radiographic, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, and Liquid Penetrant Inspection. He has inspected and supervised inspection teams throughout the United States for numerous state, county, and government agencies on various types of capital improvement projects.

Derek Pagenkop

Derek has over 15 years of direct experience in steel pipe and structural steel fabrication and Quality Assurance Inspection. Recently he has acquired experience within the water transmission, water treatment and infrastructure fields setting up and coordinating projects for various water district and city and county agencies. His personal project experience includes the inspection of small diameter to large diameter pipe with sizes ranging up to 196" diameter steel pipe as well as structural framing and trusses for high rise buildings and sports arenas. Mr. Pagenkop is an AWS certified Welding Inspector and ACI Concrete Field Technician Grade 1, and holds an Associate's Degree in Welding Technology. He has inspected and supervised inspection teams throughout the United States for numerous state, county, and government agencies on various types of capital improvement projects.

Sami Wong

Sami brings over 20 years of office management support in the Quality Assurance Services business. In addition to managing the daily operations of On-Site's back office support through AP, AR and HR, she routinely provides support to our team of inspectors. Sami works directly with our clients supporting invoicing, processing inspections reports and providing contract required documentation.
